- Coordinate educational technology services, training and support at the university-wide level (i.e., Blackboard, Moodle, Turnitin, LiveText, Zotero).
- Develop and facilitate faculty workshops and training sessions relating to educational technology.
- Research and investigate the latest trends and developments in academic software and hardware used for higher education, including emerging technologies.
- Provide library reference assistance to University students, faculty, staff and community patrons.
