Managed the grant-funded technology projects ($200,000) and related activities for a consortium of twelve member institutions (including MIT, Boston University, Brandeis, Wellesley, and Boston College) during a vacancy in the Consortium's Executive Director position. Collaborated with Board of twelve library directors, and coordinated the ongoing work of inter-institutional committees. Spearheaded needs assessment and vendor selection for a BLC online serials union list system. Obtained federal grant funding for a BLC electronic document transmission system (Ariel).
