Here are some solutions to help reduce the number of daytime bird-window collisions at your home: If there are bird feeders outside of your home, move them within 3 feet of your windows. Placing decals on the outside of windows can also reduce the number of collisions. If there is a large window place multiple decals on it no more than 4 inches apart vertically and 2 inches apart horizontally. If you are constructing a new home place windows at a downward 20 to 40 degree angle.
