Creating Graphics for the Web
Neil A. Wilson

One of the best features of the Internet is its ability to utilize graphics to convey information and entertain your audience. But where do those graphics come from? One solution is to use graphics that are already on the Internet, but that can be inappropriate in some cases and gets into ethical and legal issues. Another solution is to purchase collections of art for your website, but that can become expensive. Perhaps the best choice is to create the graphics yourself, but that can seem intimidating, especially if you've never done it before. This tutorial can help you get started.
