Group and Collaborative Project Forms to submit to the Instructor:

1) Fill out and submit to the instructor a Communication Roster by Due Date on Syllabus.  This should also be included as an appendix in your Final Formal Report.

2) Fill out and submit to the instructor a Task Sheet for your Team Work Plans by Due Date on Syllabus.  This should also be included as an appendix in your Final Formal Report.  

Note:  Your entire collaborative group should plan on meeting a minimum of three times throughout the semester.  More meetings are recommended. 

3) For EACH meeting your entire group holds (face-to-face or virtual) submit a Meeting Agenda Sheet prior to your meeting to the Instructor (this could be submitted by ANY group member). These should also be included as an appendix in your Final Formal Report.

4) For EACH meeting your entire group holds (face-to-face or virtual) submit a Meeting Evaluation Sheet after your meeting to the Instructor (this should be submitted by the group leader)

5) At the end of your Group Collaborative Project, include a summary Meetings Schedule Form as an appendix in your Final Formal Report

Forms have been sent to all students as email attachments.  They are also available on the course Blackboard.
