DOL Responsibilities , EN235, Fall 2006

Write a Daily Oral Language (DOL) worksheet for the class and make 15 copies to distribute. The DOL should have two sentences, one shorter one that allows practice of "sentence diagraming" and a longer sentence that contains grammatical, usage, punctuation and spelling errors that need to be corrected or revised.

Be prepared to defend your best correct answers, armed with evidence from a Writing Handbook (I would recommend Hacker, if you don't have one - though any recent handbook should do.)
